Libby Vardaman, a lifelong native of Hattiesburg, MS, wears several hats in her busy, professional life! She is currently employed by York Development, LLC, serves as a Sales Associate for Porch Light Properties, LLC and is Sales Director for Big Bay Lake Development, LLC
Libby attended the University of Southern MS and has been an accountant for over 20 years. Libby's experience with York Development has provided her with expertise in various areas of accounting for the company’s various entities, including several real estate ventures. When Dr. Bennett York purchased Big Bay Lake as a redevelopment project in 2006, Libby took on the challenge as Sales Director. She has worked with the project from inception to implementation of Big Bay Lake, a 1000 acre Bill Dance Signature Lakelocated approximately 20 minutes West of Hattiesburg. Big Bay Lake is Mississippi’s largest privately held lake anda one-of-a-kind planned community that blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings.
Libby has worked with multiple real estate companies and is now exclusive to Porch Light Properties, LLC as a licensed Realtor. Libby is currently a member of the Hattiesburg Area Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Area Development Partnership. She is married to Robert Vardaman, and both are active members of 19th Avenue Baptist Church. Libby has a tender heart for all of God's creatures and actively supports local shelters and humane society entities.
