Hi there,
My name is Angie Lee and I’m delighted to be a member of the Porch Light Properties Team. I’m a Hattiesburg native and graduate of Southern Miss with a BS and Master's in Business Administration. I also held the SPHR designation in Human Resources. I’ve had my Mississippi Real Estate license since 2014 and earned the GRI designation in 2015.
Integrity, dependability, and kindness are at the heart of my work/life philosophy. My success in business has always focused on delighting customers which can only be delivered by people who themselves are happy and well-equipped to perform their jobs.
I have had two incredible long-term careers that I’ve loved. My first career was spent in the automotive remarketing industry working with industry giants like Ford Motor Company and General Motors. While working for Tyco International and Cox Enterprises, I served as the corporate liaison responsible for Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Accounting, Information Technology, Administration, and all special projects. I also traveled throughout the US as a subject matter expert in IT and accounting systems conversions. A highlight of my automotive career was graduating from the Cox Executive Leadership Program with included a weeklong Outward Bound Professional Program in the North Carolina wilderness. If you can do that, you can do anything!
My interest in real estate started in my early teens when my parents built their first home. A few years later, they developed a greenfield for a new business venture. I found the process captivating. I built my first home in 1994. In 1996 I met my husband who owned an auto transport company and had been buying land and building houses since he was in high school. His encouragement led me to start a second career in real estate, which has become my second career which brings me joy each day!
